Prior to implementation, we work with the Carrier/TPA to set up an ongoing feed that is updated multiple times per day ensuring that members’ deductable payments are accurate and accounted for. This ensures that both medical Rx deductibles are combined resulting in no over payments by members once the deductable level has been met.
