Mail Order
WellNet members have access to mail order Rx services which provide benefits like:

- A 90-day supply of medication at one time.
- Convenient home prescription delivery, including free standard shipping.
- 24-hour, toll-free hotline to speak with a registered pharmacist.
- Convenient internet and refill by-phone services to order prescription refills any time, day or night.
To register for Caremark mail order call 1-866-772-9414, go online to caremark.com or send this mail order registration form to the address provided on the form. If registering by phone, you will need your:
- Member ID number (on your prescription benefit card)
- Medication name
- Doctor name and phone number
- Shipping address
- Credit card and expiration date
You can expect to receive your medication within 14 days from the date you mail your prescription or from the time the order is placed.
